Ingredients :
- 200g bread flour
- 20g sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 140ml fresh milk
- 20g butter
- sugar powder
- Mix together flour, sugar dan salt. Stir well.
- Add milk and dry yeast. Mix a little bit.
- Add butter and mix well.
- Knead till smooth and not sticky.
- Prove the dough until it has double it's size
- Using a rolling pin, roll dough out to about 1 cm thick. Cut with the doughnut cutter.
- Leave it to rise again
- Fry
- Coat with sugar
